Change of mind? Technical defect? This guide explains our simple return policy and how we handle exchanges and refunds.

Return Periods

We offer different return timelines based on the reason for return:

  • Defective items: Up to 7 days from delivery for exchange or full refund.
  • Change of mind: Up to 48 hours (applies to unopened/sealed products only).
  • Incorrect item delivered: Up to 7 days for exchange with the correct item.

General Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (unless defective).
  • All accessories, manuals, and free gifts must be included.
  • Original invoice or receipt must be presented.
  • The product must show no signs of physical damage or misuse.

Exchange Process

How to exchange your product:

  • Contact our support team to verify the issue and stock availability.
  • Bring the item to our Dar es Salaam headquarters for inspection.
  • We will provide an immediate exchange if the item is in stock.
  • If the item is not in stock, we will offer an alternative or store credit.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued based on the original payment method:

  • Mobile Money (M-Pesa/MIXX BY YAS): Refund within 24-48 hours.
  • Bank Transfer: Refund within 3-5 business days.
  • Cash: Immediate refund (authorized for small amounts only).

Please note that a 10% restocking fee may apply for change-of-mind returns that have been opened.

Non-Returnable Items

For security and licensing reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Software licenses and digital downloads (once activated or key revealed).
  • Consumables (ink cartridges, toners, thermal paste) if opened.
  • Personalized or custom-configured hardware (e.g., custom-built servers).

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return an item unless:

  • The item was defective upon arrival.
  • The wrong item was delivered by our team.

We recommend using a tracked courier service for all returns.
