Shipping Policy.

Maisha Computers delivers to all major regions across Tanzania:

• Dar es Salaam (Home and Office delivery).
• Arusha, Dodoma, Mwanza, and Mbeya.
• Zanzibar and Pemba.
• Upcountry regions (via authorized courier partners).

Our shipping fees are calculated based on weight and location:

• Free Delivery within Dar es Salaam for orders over TSH 500,000.
• Standard Dar es Salaam Delivery: TSH 5,000 - 10,000.
• Upcountry Shipping: Rates vary based on weight and courier partner (e.g., EMS, DHL, Local Bus).

Exact shipping costs will be calculated and shared before order finalization.

We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible:

• Dar es Salaam: Same-day or next-day delivery.
• Major Cities (Arusha, Mwanza, etc.): 1-3 business days.
• Rural/Upcountry Areas: 3-5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Saturday. Sundays and public holidays are excluded.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

• A shipping confirmation via Email/SMS.
• A tracking number (for courier shipments).
• Contact details for the delivery driver (for Dar es Salaam orders).

Currently, we primarily serve customers within Tanzania.

For regional shipping to Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, or Burundi, please contact our sales team directly for a custom quote and logistics arrangement.

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If you notice significant damage to the packaging or the product, please refuse the delivery or note the damage on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately.

Any damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
