Warranty Duration
We offer standard warranty durations based on the product category:
- Laptops and Desktops: Standard 1-year limited hardware warranty.
- Servers and Enterprise Hardware: 1-year to 3-year limited warranty depending on the manufacturer.
- Monitors and Accessories: 1-year limited hardware warranty.
- Networking Equipment: 1-year limited warranty.

What is Covered
Our limited warranty covers mechanical and electrical breakdowns due to:
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Internal hardware failure under normal use (CPU, Motherboard, RAM, etc.).
- Display failure (dead pixels exceeding manufacturer thresholds).
- Standard battery degradation within the first 6 months.
What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, broken screens).
- Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications/repairs.
- Power surges or electrical damage from unstable power sources.
- Software issues, virus infections, or operating system failures.
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, cosmetic damage).
- Consumable parts unless failure is due to manufacturing defect.
Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Locate your original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
- Contact our support team via phone or email providing the product serial number.
- Bring or ship the product to our authorized service center in Dar es Salaam.
- Our technicians will diagnose the issue and determine warranty eligibility.
Eligible repairs will be completed free of charge. If repair is not possible, a replacement or store credit may be offered.
Brand Warranties
Many of our products carry direct manufacturer warranties:
- HP (Hewlett-Packard): Official HP Tanzania warranty support.
- Dell: Dell ProSupport or standard international warranty support.
- Cisco: Cisco SmartNet or limited hardware warranty.
- Lenovo: Lenovo Premier Support or standard carry-in warranty.
We assist in facilitating brand-direct warranty claims for all authorized products sold.
Consumer Rights
Our warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under:
- The Fair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act of Tanzania.
- International consumer protection standards for electronic goods.
This warranty does not exclude, limit, or modify any non-excludable statutory rights you may have.
