Placing an order on our website or contacting us to purchase constitutes an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

• We accept M-Pesa, MIXX BY YAS, Airtel Money, bank transfer and cash on delivery where available.
• Payment must be received in full before we dispatch goods, unless a credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
• An order confirmation will be sent to your email address once payment is received.
• For corporate bulk orders, invoicing and payment terms are agreed separately with our sales team.

Delivery timelines and charges depend on your location and the product ordered.

• Same-day or next-day delivery is available within Dar es Salaam for in-stock items ordered before 2:00 PM.
• Nationwide shipping to all regions of Tanzania is available at published rates.
• Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (e.g. public holidays, supplier delays).
• Risk and title in the goods pass to you upon delivery and receipt.
• If goods are damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

• Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened condition.
• Defective or incorrectly supplied products may be returned at any time within the warranty period.
• All products carry the manufacturer's warranty — typically 12 months unless stated otherwise.
• Warranty claims must include proof of purchase and are subject to the manufacturer's warranty terms.
• Consumables (ink cartridges, cables, etc.) and opened software are non-returnable unless faulty.
